The story of the day

From the first ticket to the final set, GVL Fit Fest ran on AKTVO. Here is how the day played out.

  1. Weeks out

    Tickets went digital

    Event Pass, VIP and Group Ride tickets sold on the web and landed in inboxes and in the app as a personal QR. No paper, no printing.

  2. Gates open

    Scan and walk in

    Gate staff scanned tickets right in the AKTVO app. Every code was checked on the spot, so the lines kept moving.

  3. On the field

    An event in every pocket

    The live map put all 89 stands, the stages and the entrances on Fluor Field, and the schedule kept 85 workouts, sets and sessions one tap away.

  4. All day long

    Scan, earn, repeat

    Every booth and activity had its own QR. More than 650 scans added up to 6,580 event points and a live leaderboard.

  5. After the last set

    Numbers, not guesses

    Vendors had their own booth numbers, and the host walked away with ticket, scan and engagement insights - plus exports ready for sponsors and next year's plan.
