How it works: from ticket to festival day
Two minutes to get your ticket, one app for everything on the day - your entry QR, the live map, the schedule, booth scanning and points.

Pick your ticket
Everyone needs a ticket. The Festival Pass is free. VIP ($25) gets you in at 7:00 AM for the workout with Marcus Brown, a run inside Fluor Field and exclusive VIP wellness and recovery experiences. Group Ride ($15) rides together and finishes at the festival.
Your details
Name, email and phone, then check the consent box.
Read and sign the waiver
Scroll through the waiver, sign in the white box with your finger, then check the box underneath.
Tap the green button
With the Festival Pass it reads Get my free ticket and your ticket is instant. With VIP or Group Ride it reads Continue to payment and opens a secure Stripe checkout (card, plus Apple Pay or Google Pay where available), then Pay & get my ticket.
You're in - this is your entry QR
You can screenshot it, but you don't have to: the same code is in the email we send you and in the app under My ticket. The buttons below the QR take you to the App Store or Google Play; on your phone, Open my ticket in the app opens AKTVO directly.
Check your inbox
An email titled "🎟️ Your GVL Fit Fest ticket" arrives with the QR attached and an Open my ticket in AKTVO button. Keep it - it works at the gate even without the app.

Download AKTVO and sign up
iPhone: App Store · Android: Google Play - or search "AKTVO".
Sign up with the same email you used for the ticket. A free Festival Pass links to your account by itself. VIP and Group Ride tickets take one extra tap: the app emails you a confirmation link, you tap it, come back, and the ticket links itself. Already have the app? Tap Open my ticket in AKTVO in your ticket email instead.
Tap FIT FEST on the map
It sits on the right side of the home map, just under the notification bell.
Join GVL Fit Fest
Tap Join GVL Fit Fest. Joining is what switches on the points game, the scanner and your member pass.
Your ticket, ready for the gate
Tap My ticket any time. This QR is what staff scan at the entrance on October 3 - same code as in your email.
At the festival
Everything below is in the same panel: FIT FEST button, then pick what you need.
Explore the festival map
Explore the festival flies you into Fluor Field: the stage, the workout area, the VIP and recovery zones, every vendor booth and every activity. Tap anything for details.
Take the tour
First time in? Tap the Take a tour bar, then Start the tour: a guided flight over the park (about 80 seconds) so you know where everything is before you arrive.
Schedule
Tap Schedule at the top of the map for the day's line-up: VIP early access, the Marcus Brown workout, DJ Zarr, Olivia Jones, classes, Maddi Reese and Body By Brad. Tap an entry to fly to where it happens; on the activity, tap I'll be there! to save it.
Vendors, booths and points
Tap a booth on the map or open Vendors for the list. Every stand has a QR code on its table: in AKTVO, tap Scan a code and aim at the code - the visit is logged and you earn points. Your phone's camera app won't log the visit, so always scan from inside AKTVO. Activities have QR codes too.
My FitFest: points, leaderboard, member pass
My FitFest shows your points, the booths you've visited and the activities you've checked into, plus the Leaderboard. Your member pass QR, just below those buttons, is what you show at the AKTVO booth to collect prizes.
On the day
- Gates open 8:00 AM - 7:00 AM with a VIP ticket. Have your QR ready: app (My ticket) or the email.
- Charge your phone and turn the brightness up - it makes scanning at the gate instant.
- Scan as you go. Booth and activity QR codes add points; check the Leaderboard in My FitFest.
- Prizes at the AKTVO booth - bring your member pass QR from My FitFest.
Something not working?
I didn't get the email
Check spam and promotions first. Still nothing? Go back to letsgoaktvo.com/fitfest and register again with the same email: you get your existing ticket and QR straight back on screen, no duplicate is created. Screenshot it, or set up the app (Part 2) and find it under My ticket.
The app can't find my ticket
Your ticket is tied to the email you registered with. If your AKTVO account uses that same email: tap FIT FEST, then Join, then I already bought a ticket. A free pass links straight away. VIP and Group Ride ask you to confirm your email first: tap Send verification email, open the link in your inbox, then come back. If your account uses a different email: open the ticket email on your phone and tap Open my ticket in AKTVO. That links the ticket to whichever account you are signed into.
I don't want to install the app
No problem. The QR in your confirmation email works at the gate. You'll miss the live map, schedule and points, but you're in.
I bought VIP or Group Ride - where is my receipt?
Stripe emails a receipt to the same address, separately from the ticket email.
Can I get tickets for friends or family?
Each ticket needs its own email address. Register once per person and each gets their own QR.
